Family Values; A Dynamic Approach

Founded in 1990 in Leicester by Laxman Pankhania, we are still a family owned and run business, with family values at our core. What's more, many of our expert Indian chefs and skilled production staff have grown up with the business too.

Traditional Indian breads

Originally, we built our reputation on a traditional range of naans, chappatis, pittas and tortillas - Indian breads made to Indian recipes by an Indian company. We used traditional, authentic Tandoor ovens, which allowed us to produce restaurant quality, hand-crafted flat breads and naans, using the finest ingredients to obtain the best taste and textures without compromise. We remain loyal to those principles and our naan breads are still hand crafted and baked in flame fired, clay Tandoor style ovens. In fact, we are one of the very few bakers that can produce quality like this on a commercial scale. Find out more about our current products.
